An outdoor measurement campaign was conducted to evaluate the performance of TVWS-based LTE wireless broadband technology for delivering Internet service in suburban environments, addressing the persistent challenge of broadband access in rural and suburban areas due to economic, technological, and geographic constraints. Field measurements captured key performance metrics received signal strength (RSS), signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR), and data rate through a practical outdoor deployment. The collected measurements were used to evaluate and compare real-world pathloss against several widely used propagation models, providing insight into how TVWS-based broadband performs under realistic non-line-of-sight conditions.
